Will all entrant's numbers be made public prior to the draw? Would make sense to add context to the draw and further dispel any comments on fixing?

This is what he told me:

I started doing numbers but the sheer volume of emails meant a generic confirmation was a better option for me.
I have a database with all the numbers so will be able to locate the winners quickly.
