LOL, Alex's video is pretty bad. Must have lost his copy of 'how to make friends and influence people'.
I expect Joy will shoot them up even more next year. They should invest in some more padding.
FYI They already complained that Joys A1's must be ramping velocity, because they were getting hurt so much. Of course, there is no ramping velocity, I just don't think they had ever been shot that often before....
Anyway. I hope they enjoy the NPPL series title. Its may be the last they get. The most potent thing that the OC result brought about was the wholesale departure of Dynasty fans into the Joy fan-base. Joy are currently the most crowd-popular team in the league, and should now have the 'home-town advantage' at pretty much every venue they play at (except Boston perhaps). We know what that crowd support did for Dynasty back in the day, perhaps it will also help Joy to more US victories.
If the video winds you up, just think about what happened when Dynasty won in OC, and threw their packs and pods to their formerly adoring fans in the grandstands. The fans threw the gear right back over the netting back to them (accompanied by various obcenities), and no-one looked more shocked that this was happening than the Dynasty players themselves. Certainly makes me feel better...
