clear hopper???

well i used a smoke hopper in the nspl round 8 torni

smoke is fine in any tournament.only true clear loaders are banned.

ok guys need help asap do i spray the inside or the outside of the shells i got clear lacker once the paint has dried but can't remember if i do the in or out side of the hopper cheers

You do not need to spray it.
Use EMERY PAPER
