Shocker solenoid/manifold screws, help!

Ok, I've got a shocker body in bits infront of me, a screw kit & a seals kit.
I need to put the manifold & solenoid on :). I've found the 6 small seals for the manifold, but I can't find which screws in the kit are meant for it :D.
(I might take a pic in a min if needed ;))

I've identified a few; some are rail/asa screws and there are 2 for the frame, some wierd long ones which go through the solenoid I think, and a load of unidentifiable black ones, and 4 pins (one must be for the trigger but the rest..?)...help!
(I've tried all the screws in the screw holes in the body where the manifold goes but none seem to fit :p)

Thanks ;)

Rosie, the two weird ones that go thru the solenoid are also the ones that secure the manifold to the solenoid and both pieces to the body. Make sure as you tighten you don't over-tighten those two little screws and that you do them together. Don't tighten one and then the other as it can create a bad seal that then drives you crazy trying to figure out where it's coming from.

Ion I was just on there :); the 2 black screws don't seem to be in the kit (or silver ones of the right size).

Baca :), the 2 long thin screws to the left of the allen key in the pic only hold the plate on the solenoid; they don't hold both on the body

Will go have a look in the random screws box might find something that will fit

The solenoid manifold is secured onto the Shocker body using a pair of 4-40 x 1/4" button head screws, which accept a 1/16" allen wrench for removal. The solenoid itself is attached to the top of the manifold using a pair of specialty spacer screws, which will also accept a 1/16" allen for removal, however can't be purchased at a local store. The spacer screws have a tall head to help support the upper circuit board.

Is it the SHK115's you don't have? SP or waped sports are maybe the best bet for them.

from the pic Rosie, you dont have the right screws to attach the manifold to the body, but you do have the solenoid screws, so you need some1 who has a full screw kit and pinch them of that person.

I take it you are doing the Shego mod

The 0250B ones :)

Also didn't see any eye board (SHK118) in the photos.
No it's having an ego frame put on & being run with DM eyes so the upper board was useless & I just soldered 2 crimped wires onto the upper board ports & it works fine ;).

I will look into the screw thing then. Warped sounds like a good idea or bnq will prolly have some.

Thanks all
