Right Walk on people, scenario people and maybe tourney ballers....

I know that the guys down at Holmbush have been working really hard on making this one of the best days you will have playing this type of game..

We are happy to announce the fact that Tippman Pneumatics’s, makers of the A5 and 98 Custom will be one of our special guests at this years Operation Bandwagon on October the 22nd, at Holmbush Paintball.

Tippman would like to make available a Gun Tech area where new customers and owners alike can receive minor repairs to their markers and Tippmann product free of charge.

During the day there will also be a special event, where you might be given the chance participate in a game to win a Tippmann A5 !

Tippmann have also announced their extensive product range will be available for sale from the Paintball Store who will be attending this years bandwagon event. If you require specific parts please contact the Paintball Store at least 1 week prior to the event.

Details

I've read the website regarding the scenario basis, and am really very interested in going to this one.

Can anyone provide some detail of what it will be like on the day. I've heard some rumours about it being in more than one standard playing area, and that their will be mobile filling stations, ammo dumps, that kind of thing, but am also interested in finding out how long the games will be, how many games in the day, rules on re-spawning that kind of thing.

Let me know so I can book myself in with confidence.

Ok.. I'm gonna book myself on to this day as it does look absolutely amazing.

I've only done one walk on and this would be my first scenario day...

My next question therefore is.... what can I expect from a typical scenario day with regards to games... air fills... paint.... etc... ?

There's no such thing as a typical day because each game is different!!

I believe Bandwagon will be a series of games, with varying time lengths to achieve the objective, with short breaks in between. (this differs from other games that are continous play).

You will be able to buy paint on the day at £40 a box although I have heard there could be cheaper paint available (don't quote me!). Holmbush have a compressor so should be able to fill to 4500psi.

The day itself will be as much fun as you make it. Scenario games suit all styles of player so you will find feet quite easily. If you want to charge from the front you can, if you want to long ball from the back (boring!) you can. If you want to dress like a tree and disappear into the undergrowth you can, if you want to carry all the latest bling you can - get the picture??
