I've got some of the Surplus "Crap" and it's exactly the same as the normal crap.
Had the lab techs at our lasses work compare the 2, they can't see a difference.

just curious but why is dow55 so important to get, ive heard of it but i dont see why you cant go for another lube

kinda late but...

dow 33 .... is a shrinking lube so it shrinks orings a bit ....
dow 55 .... is an expanding lube so it expands orings a bit...

now its up to you guys what you need... for valves etc dow 55 is better as it seals better then 33........
