With net migration at around 330,000 we would need to build a whole new town each year not just more houses. With regard to immigration, yes there are very large numbers of people moving to the UK, but it's poor management* that's caused more problems rather than the numbers on their own - and it's an easy sell for Leave votes to offer the quick fix of restoring our border controls.
*For example, building companies that buy large plots of land to develop, but will only complete 2-3 houses per year, in order not to drive down the prices by flooding the market - hugely increasing their profits.
Maybe I worded it badly... poor management made a difficult problem worse. With net migration at around 330,000 we would need to build a whole new town each year not just more houses.

Strictly speaking, in this case it's not Brexit and the exchange rateInteresting to see the change in exchange rate already affecting paint prices: http://p8ntballer-forums.com/threads/new-lower-paint-price.177585/
Prices will change again should the market prices change, which is currently being affected by the changes in exchange rates.
Very good but completely missing the point entirely, which was that while being in the EU we don't have total control of immigration.People coming into the UK from Europe was only 160k not 330k and 50k Brits moved to Europe , so net Migration from Europe is around 110k . The Other 170k were not from Europe and this wont change after Brexit as UK needs to to make new deals and most of the deals will include people from countries that we do deals with, Some countries have already said it will only do a better deal with us if we include immigration part of the deal.
The figures Quoted are purposely misleading when they say 330k people came into the UK when in fact its only 110k net.
These figures are from 2015 before the referendum.
