He also quantified it by saying "100 guns in the listings" on his website.
Im sure some weeks we have 100 guns per week.
Since Facebook has banned the selling of guns, we've had an upsurge in new members and associated gun sales which is pretty cool for us.
.... As to why sables' forum is about as lively as a funeral is anyone's guess but it may have something to do with the fact he's not as successful or as clever as he likes to think he is ... But that's a trap that a lot of people fall into but in sables' case, he has a very real problem in who he chooses to support and align himself with.
I'm pretty sure that if sables had chosen a different path, his fortunes would have proved to have been more favourable but he already knows this anyway.
I sometimes wonder if he regrets his choice of friends .....

We keep hearing about this over and over again however one word still stands out in our paintball bubble and that is 'TRUST'. i've been stung so many time off faceache and looking at how he runs his site for selling second hand kit i'm better off on flebay.
P8ntballer.com will always be my place to hang out and find a cool bargain as for 10 years i've been here i have trusted everyone. there have been the odd one however you don't get a second chance on here you get the full force of the mods who have basically shaped the way you buy and sell in the UK and it all stemmed right here
From what I heard, he has cancelled his Croatia game (probably lack of sales) and is refunding people.... it's been removed from his web****e.
And so the end begins ...... though I'm surprised [pleasantly] that people are getting their money back but maybe that's because he doesn't have to give money back to too many people ..... maybe he's beginning to realise that the problems he's been encountering this past year or so isn't because anyone in the industry have got it in for him but because he's been the architect of his own demise/problems ... I'll add a qualifier to that last statement, I had it in for him because of what he'd been doing to people.
It will be a lesson that's been wholly justified and a long time comin' ... I just wish so that so many people hadn't got burned by him before his demise begun but hey, that's life :/
I think I'll finally draw a line under this thread and close it after 2516 posts and 419,844 views - Which by the way, is a world-record for any single thread on a paintball forum ... it's a somewhat fitting testimony to anybody who thinks they can screw people in our sport/industry and get away with it .....

A few people got in touch with me today and sent over a copy of a statement made by barnett on what looks like Facebook ...
It's his parting shot to our sport and our industry - upon reading, it's transparently obvious that even in his paintball death throes, he seems incapable of accepting responsibility for his own demise but that comes as no surprise to me, or indeed, to most of those who have followed this thread.
I think I must have used about every possible low-life description I could lay my hands on when describing some of the things he got up to ... but now, it's official - he has hung up his paintball gun and set off for pastures new.
And I've little doubt he will behave in exactly the same way as he has done in our sport wherever he happens to infect next.
Am I pleased?
Am I avenged?
I'm not pleased though I feel I should be because what's been achieved here is, we've cleaned house; and in doing so, we have rid ourselves of a problem that left untreated would have most certainly meant that a lot more people would have been screwed over for their money.
For that alone, I'm satisfied the right thing was done.
As for feeling avenged?
Ahhh, well, that's another thing altogether ..... He told people he'd 'kicked me out of paintball' which is why this thread re-erupted in the fashion it did.
He'd obviously hit a nerve by saying that to a friend of mine but the thing that really pi$$ed me off about it was, it just wasn't true, he lied to make himself look the billy big bollox at my expense - but the irony is, I'm still here .... and where's he?
Find out below because I think I can just about hear the door closing behind him ....Ahhhh, it seems the laxative finally worked

UWL events Barnetts one that is, attracted at least 6 teams in each event,
UK woodsball (holmbush) attracted 20 teams each event and now there are I think 25 for the next round.
Paintfest had hundreds and hundreds of attendees.
