Firstly, as far as I know, the details of who runs/manages the UWL in the UK will be decided upon at World Cup. I'm pretty sure it will mean there is a meeting between Tommy Cole and Gino and so I've got a sneaking suspicion Gino won't be an advocate for barnett continuing with stewardship of the UWL.
Gino is rather persuasive when it comes to things he wants and I'm sure the betterment of the UWL will be one of Gino's requirements for the UK.
Secondly, Paul [Collier], to answer your question, at least in part - it would seem that somebody is trying to deflect the blame for that UWL post toward one of the Turks.
This is ludicrous for several reasons, I'm friends with all the Turks, I've known them for 25 years and then some, they just wouldn't do it.
And besides, why the fuhk would any of them go digging around what companies I had 20 years ago, it just makes no sense.
There is only one person who's been digging around in my past and that's barnett.
I was made aware of what he was up to and what he was trying to do some time ago and I've had pretty regular updates on where he's been sticking his nose and so he is the only one who had a motive for doing that sort of cr@p.
I think sables got involved at one stage but I'm waiting on verification as to exactly what he's responsible for.
And so, I think barnett was 100% percent behind the post on the UWL thread and he did so in an effort to slur my name [again :/] but it backfired on him, again :/
When someone, more than likely barnett, attempted to point the finger of blame toward one of the Turks for writing that UWL post, Cass and Darron Docherty of the Turks immediately posted the following message on that UWL thread that barnett ended up getting deleted.

Most of the team have known Pete and Mel for over 35 years and if you think one of us would sell a team mate,and indeed a mate, out to stick up for Tim Barnett or anyone else in this industry you obviously don't know us! We quit playing 20 years ago because we were sick of the cheating, politics and bull****, during our playing days we had a reputation for honesty and integrity and still have We started playing again for fun 18 months ago and yet here we are, once again, getting dragged into something, by you, that we have no involvement or interest in
Maybe you would like to apologise for casting your accusations our way or maybe you would like to **** off and leave us alone and not drag us into something that doesn't concern us and then you can **** off some more!
The Turks
All of those Turks guys are long-term friends of mine who I've liked and respected for decades, they are the good guys of our sport and were best known for never cheating when playing, hard to believe in a paintball team I know but it was true, they never cheated, all of those guys were honourable men and would never stoop as low as barnett has implied.
I think that post above from the Turks explains why barnett's plan to embarrass me backfired so disastrously and the post eventually getting deleted so conveniently.
barnett is a slime-bag who just keeps on giving .... What next from the master of disaster?
