Dave Bains rocking a "new PE barrel"?

Please let this mean there's a SLV1 coming, and he's testing out the barrel for it.

It's just an unmilled barrel. If they're testing porting systems (look at it!) Then there's no point in milling it all fancy n' stuff.

Apparently it's a freak bored shaft 4 without the milling cuts. Bunker rub was getting into the cuts and affecting the shot.

I'm almost 1000% sure that changing to a freak back will adversely affect the marker. Long Control Bore > Freak every time.

If it is a new barrel, please switch over to the shorter threaded version of the autococker standard that Simon Stevens 'invented' and is now standard on his and Empire's barrels.
