Looks like DYE borrowed money that's due and need to pay. I wonder if it has anything to do with their new winter line of ski goggles maybe need capital to get it setup. I thought it was pretty successful though.

That, and the alleged back story has been floating around for over a year, if true it probably would be expensive, as it was always rumored Rhonda was the money in the first place.
JT made his money with sending lots of manufacturing to Mexico for his motocross goggles. So he had cash, which is why I'm sure his daughter had cash. There were rumours 15 years ago Dave married into the family for a cash infusion. Not sure if that was true or not. Shed get at least half of everything and more with a good lawyer.
