Looking for a midlands based small team

I'm new to tournament paintball and I want to give it ago, if there are any teams willing to train me up id be incredibly greatful and will try my best at everything.
Side note what equipment do I need to get into it?

You will need a decent marker (one you are comfortable with), a motorized hopper (Dye Rotor, Spire, something along them lines), a decent tank.. I've got a dm14, a pinokio and a pretty shoddy tank, but will I need and padding or something

not quite sure how to describe my experience, but im have never experienced tournament paintball but neither am i completely new to paintball. i have an ego 9 and a empire scion loader, jersey, i4 and harness. 16 from Worcester and parents would be my method of transport
