Batteries including Lithium Polymer are PROHIBITED to be shipped by Royal Mail domestically within the UK unless fully contained within a device such as a mobile phone.

However reading the Royal Mail / Parcelforce website it would appear that a Luxe CAN be shipped internationally with the battery fitted to the marker, but you would be prohibited from sending a spare battery (if you had one) just in the marker case.

Batteries - lithium ion/polymer batteries contained in equipment Each package must contain no more than four cells or two batteries installed in equipment. The maximum net quantity of cells or batteries is 5kg per package. Watt-hour rating must not exceed 20Wh per cell or 100Wh per battery. Each cell and battery must be of a type proven to meet the requirements of each test in the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria, Part III, section 38.3. Batteries are subject to these tests irrespective of whether the cells of which they are composed have been so tested.

Cells and batteries must be manufactured under a quality management programme as specified in the International Civil Aviation Organization’s Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air. Cells or batteries that are defective for safety reasons, or that have been damaged, are forbidden. Any person preparing or offering cells or batteries with or in equipment for transport must receive adequate instruction on the requirements commensurate with their responsibilities. Cells and batteries must be protected against short circuit.

The equipment containing cells or batteries must be packed in strong rigid packaging and must be secured against movement within the outer packaging and packed to prevent accidental activation. The sender’s name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging.

Lithium ion/polymer batteries sent in isolation or sent with but not contained in equipment are prohibited.
However it's is a buyers choice who he sells to based on ease of sale and shipping.

then stop being rude to people, i've noted your behaviour in a couple of threads now and the way you are speaking to people will not be tolerated for long.
If this people don`t know smething, pleace do not tell me about it! In each threads the same peopels tell me that posting luxe to Estonia is banned the same as transporting in baggage by plane... This is wrong. i donˇt tryed being rude to people, just sometimes need to listen what others say too.
Peace.

So if I want to ship luxe to Estonia from UK, I may shipp only 1 battery for this luxe in case? And this battery must be fitted to the marker or just in the marker case (in this way marker not fitted with battery)?

wait in the queue, I am the first one who wants to buy this luxe and grillz.
This is not for you to decide, it is for the person selling the marker

From another thread

understand. pissing like little children. good luck.
This is not acceptable.

I am FULLY aware of the rules laid out by Royal mail, it is much easier and much less risky for the seller to conduct his sale within the UK, if you do not like it, find an Estonian seller or fly over and collect the marker then try to fly home with it.

You're being overly aggressive and it's an attitude we don't encourage. Any more and I will restrict your access to the classifieds and remove the problem for all concerned.

I told with seller about this deal already month ago. So who are you, to decide do I may qualify for one of the first to buy this things?

So what are no accepteble? If I pay for stuff, I asked for a person being to remove the seal from the bottle and we had an agreement in the sale and postage to UK. And he did not explain the reasons just say no and sells another. do not ask me about that, if I was interested this purchase yet or may be I find out other ways to do this deal? WHO told me about tolerance? This attitude shows a complete lack of respect for me. So what are you want to tell me after that?!
Who you are to decide what I must to do? If I find stuff on this forum, that I need it. So if you're afraid to do too much movement and send the thing for your state outside, it's your problem, not mine. You're an adult, and reasoned like a child. On the delivery of which I suggested on this forum have insurance so that the seller is no risk. And if you're just not willing to help other people, because they speak a different language or live in another country, then I pity you. You can continue to cook and further into their own little world. I work in rescue service in his country and income a little more than the cost of this marker in this forum. Nevertheless, I am willing to help people. And you, sitting on an ass smooth and earn many times more, and told me about some risk?
You just did not see the real life what is outside your country, snickering sit and talk about what is good and what is bad. I ended the conversation with you. all the best.

Posting PRIVILEGES removed from classifieds.

I suggest you read what I said again, you do NOT dictate the rules of this forum, who sells what to whom etc. you are a guest here, I don't go to your house and tell you what to do.
