I have clarification !
To the guy I've just got off the phone from, thank-you !!
A few years ago, a guy called Pete Russell [mentioned above] got in touch with me - he had a story to tell concerning barnett but I've now found out that Pete didn't tell me the whole story, and I can understand why, and so will you guys I hope.
Pete had come over from Australia and ended up working alongside barnett; like many before Pete, he fell out with barnett and the ending was acrimonious to say the least.
Pete had outlined the problems he was having with barnett and when he told me of one of barnett's accusations, I was gob-smacked .... in life, people get accused of many things but this one takes some beating.
Before I unveil the accusation, I want to clarify something concerning barnett's methodology when dealing with the people who go public with the problems they've had with him.
barnett tries to destroy any integrity or reputation these malcontents may have merely because they have had the audacity to state their problems with barnett on the net - it seems there are no depths barnett won't stoop to achieve the destruction of their reputation and integrity.
Here goes:- Pete told me how barnett had accused him of stealing his wife's underwear .... I'm not joking, barnett accused Pete of this and went public with it in an attempt to disgrace Pete.
Let's face it, being accused of something like that is still embarrassing even when you're totally and utterly innocent.
It does however, indicate just how far barnett will go to disgrace people ...
Now, that's bad enough but it pails into insignificance when compared to this next accusation.
This next incident with barnett is sick !!!!
barnett went on line and accused Pete of abusing barnett's own children ... a lot of people read this and so barnett cannot deny he wrote it ....
Now, because of the seriousness and sensitivity of that accusation, I am gonna tread carefully here.
Not because I'm concerned about barnett but because I'm concerned about Pete ...
Let us take a wild leap here and consider a hypothetical ... let's assume barnett's accusation is true [It's a complete lie I know but for the purposes of just this point, let's suspend the truth].
If we assume it was true, then we can rightfully ask, 'what sort of person publicly announces such a thing publicly like barnett did'; no responsible parent would ever go public with it because it's better to do a damage limitation exercise and protect the kids.
If he felt such a social responsibility toward the public in terms of warning people then why do you not go to the police straight away?????????
It makes no sense whichever way you look at it .... the terrible conclusion is I'm afraid, barnett used his children and lied about an abuse that NEVER took place just to disgrace Pete Russell.
Now you tell me, how sick is that ????
If it were true, then you'd go to the police - if your reason for not going to the police is because you wanted to protect the kids from the publicising effect of an accusation like this then why go public on a forum when condemning Pete for something he didn't do??????
It would seem barnett will use anything for his own devices - every single person who has anything to do with this scum-sack now has to take a very long look at themselves and ask the following question -
'Do I, or my company, wish to continue being associated with or doing business with a man [or shoreline] who would do something like this'?
And for all you arse-wipes who rally around in barnett's defence, maybe it's time you thought about what's important to you .... do you wanna be sponsored or supported by him or shoreline in any way by a specimen such as barnett?
I'd like to think that a lot of you barnett people have some measure of good inside of you somewhere and you can recognise that it's not the time to support someone like him, it's time to condemn his actions for what they are - the product of a sick mind.
