Marker advice

Hi guys even more advice required if possible, I started playing paintball late last year and purchased equipment when I did however after playing only a dozen times I had to put it on hold due to various circumstances but now I am back and have started playing again!

Upon my return I now have different preferences in regards to markers so I have recently sold my marker and I am now looking to purchase a new one however I am looking to move away from mil sim markers and more towards tournament style markers was wondering what anybody can recommend, I am looking to spend between £200-£250 for a second hand marker and was wondering whether anybody can provide any specific recommendations.

There's tons of markers that would fit your bill for that price range, if it were me I'd get an axe, but an ego 8 or etek3 or an etha, would all serve you well, just personal preference

Yes I have been looking at axes they look like very nice guns as do etek's however my only concern with etek's is I've heard a lot of people say they are quite loud, do you think this would be a big problem?

I don't think it would be an issue, I've played with guys who have eteks and I've never thought, ohh that's loud, but then when 20 or so markers are all firing its loud anyway lol

You can make an Axe reasonably quiet with an after market bolt like the Boss one.
