Hi all, just looking for some advice in regards to purchasing a new mask.

I am currently using an E-vents mask and I am not getting on very well with it as I feel it is a little too big for my face even when the strap is fully tightened it doesn't feel as tight as I'd like. I am hoping to try on a few different masks to see what feels best on me but I was just wondering whether anybody has any general advice for me?

Thanks for reading and any advice is greatly appreciated

Cheers tom and just to clarify its the strap that isn't a tight enough fit which makes the mask loose so am I still on the right lines with i4's or are i4's purely for smaller shaped faces not heads? Thanks

Im a large head & vents are good for me, i4s will go on me but I have a giant chin hanging out. So my problem with i4 realy is face size

It may fit a smaller head, but if your head is very small then you may have problems with straps, if they are still loose on other goggles then straps could be tightened by folding back a but and sewing.
I wouldn't be happy advising someone to shorten a goggle strap by cutting down an end, but folding over and sewing would work - it has to be sewn well though to rely on it

I should think that unless you do have a particularly small head then you should find a goggle to fit

Thanks tom, I think my best bet is to try before I buy, I wouldn't say I have a particularly small head so it shouldn't be too much of an issue to find a decent fit.

again thanks for your help with another query of mine, finding the forum and the people very helpful, very welcoming and always have time for the newbies, cheers guys

You're one of us now - we welcome you in and never let you leave ................

You've found paintball, you've found this forum (there are others - get yourself around and spread the love, ukscenario.com is another notable one)

Now you can look forward to never having spare money, but great memories from very game

This forum is theoretically primarily speedball, ukscenario is theoretically primarily scenario (not just the woods) but it's all paintball and you find a lot of people common among them
There's a variety of other forums uk and worldwide
If there's a tommikka on the forum then that's me and Tom was already taken, if there's a tom on a forum and no tommikka then it will be me
