Newbie introducing himself

Hi guys
Just wanted to say the info on this site is spot on for a newbie who is looking to start. I am from Peterborough and have played fairly local to myself a few times. I am intending to get kitted out gradually and then hopefully go to a few walk on days.

I would love to know if there are any stockists near to myself. Also looking at starting on a budget so am thinking about getting something like a proto rail to start.

Thanks, just looking around on advice for kit. I need to check with my local places to ensure they all do air refills as dont want to go the co2 route. Im sure most do.

Best advice is get a good quality mask. The rest of your kit won't mean diddly if you can't see what's going on

Already have my mask, got a JT flex 8 full coverage for my stag do as I knew I would get caned. Would have been ideal if they didnt send the wrong mask initially and then the correct mask came on the day of my stag do........once I had already arrived at the venue!

Do diving centres use the same connections for refills as I know a diving instructor

You can buy a fill station to attach to a scuba tank to allow you to refill your air

I am not sure if its powerful enough but I have a compressor with 50 litre reservoir with in line filters and water traps etc I will need to check the psi on it. If that is powerful enough I could get the adapters and ask the diving instructor to teach me how to fill the tanks maybe.
