Best bet, go to a shop or a walk on day and try out different styles and versions, ones that fit and feel the most comfortable usually win!

Deffo what rat said...

Go play a game and while you're there, just ask politely if you can try some different goggles on. 99.9% of ballers will gladly let you pop out for a game or at the very least try them on for comfort.

A mask is the single most important piece of kit, more important than a marker. A newb with a perfect set of goggles and a tippy 98 will outshoot someone armed to the teeth with a DM13 but fogged more than the Tyne.

If you can't see anything, you may as well not be playing. If you're not comfortable, you're not going to enjoy it. Simples...

I would say go for it two ways:
Try on other people's goggles at a walkon etc, a retailers stall or try to get to a shop/warehouse
Try on with your glasses

The other method once you have goggles is to take them to the opticians when trying glasses
E.g. If you pay for glasses then use the 'free second pair' option etc to get everyday glasses and your spare to fit goggles. If you don't pay, eg qualify for NHS vouchers then get a new pair every year (or whenever you get voucher refreshes) whether you need them or not. (When your prescription does not change)

I wear glasses and have used most of the current masks on the market. Generally they all can accommodate glasses, but you might find some of them put additional pressure on the nose bridge or can get wedged inside / so get lifted off when you remove your goggles

Given that I'd recommend having a duplicate pair that is fairly narrow profile and quite durable, that way you can leave your primary pair in your car / kitbag and not worry too much about the ones you are wearing for paintball

You might want to invest in some anti-fog for your lenses, something like cat-crap, as I'm sure air circulation is affected by wearing glasses. You can buy a fan, but the constant buzzing can get a little annoying!

I usually wear contacts, but when I do wear glasses they get wedged inside. I'd advise getting a cheapo pair of glasses just for ballin or contacts, as you don't wanna be scratching your good pair.

I find thinner profile frames work best

With a mask regardless of wearing glasses or not, try before you buy like the others said, I like the Eflex over my glasses though usually use contacts to play. But they fit my head and glasses but might not fit yours
