I just sold a tank to a ryan perks. He paid me yesterday through paypal. I am now not going to send this item. So I have £80 pounds of his money sat in my PayPal account. Which is going to be refunded to his account.

I am only going to refund the money as the little pen is will start a paypal dispute. Just letting people know he had the money to refund topsy yesterday.
