firstly i do not know if this is in the right place but i hope so.

Basically i am not very well off but am trying to get involved more. Me and my cousin are currently sharing a tippmann A5 and a pair of I4s generously donated by "robbyt"

i a basically wondering if anyone would be willing to sell me another marker on a finance deal?

so i pay you 20 pounds a month or something?

obviously i dont want an expensive gun, either tournement or scenario style and low as possible.

please post or inbox if you think you would be able to do somethig like this

Many thanks Dave

Essentially I think you will be very hard done by to find someone who would agree to carry out a 'finance' like payment plan with you. In a nutshell, how can they be sure to trust you would continue to pay them, also their is no sort of legal contract or protection for the seller if it was arranged as such..

If your looking at finance I would suggest you look at a 0% interest on purchases credit card. This way you could get, say a £1000 credit card with 12-16 months 0% interest, buy the marker you want and set up direct debits from your account in line with monthly payments and in amounts that the balance would be paid off before the 0% interest ends.

A gun very often gets damaged when playing either by scratching it or More if you dive onto the ground, even the electrics can go at a moments blink, How would you be able to account for anything that goes wrong with it, A true paintballer WONT even loan you a gun even if he`s on the field with you If he thinks you couldn`t pay for or put right that loaned gun ,
Thinking you could get a Gun on the Never Never, I would think is Totally out of the question.

Paintball is not cheap. If you cannot get the money together to get started you will have problems getting the money together to play, buy paint etc

Rather than pay back £20 a month save the money.
(and assuming you could play while paying £20 a month then you can save more by not playing)
Either play as a rental for a while, (you can even play walkons and rent gear, so pay less then 'punters')

There are a variety of guns below £100 or up to £150, so you could save quickly

Remember, you need - goggles, marker, , CYLINDER*, hopper, paint, pods, pod pack

* Cylinder - air or CO2
Don't go for CO2 unless you play at a site that provides CO2 fills
Don't go for 4500psi air unless you have the money to spend.
By default go for a steel 3000psi air cylinder

I'm sure someone on here has an old spyder or orion or something they'd let go for £25 / £30, they don't generally get advertised but if you put a wanted ad up someone would probably dig one out. There's nothing really to go wrong with them and you could use it while you save up for something better. Depending on where you plan on playing the site might lend you one of their bottles until you've saved for one if you ask nicely.

And air...(or co2...air is better though).

Hope you don't mind me asking but how old are you?
If a student then use a student overdraft (0% charges) or the methods described above if you can get 0% cards

My setup (mini, i4's, pods, pack, air, hopper) set me back almost £300. The only new pieces of kit was the i4's and guerilla air tank.

I think your best option would be a savings account buddy. Always best to buy anything outright to be honest. Piece by piece doesn't hurt either.

Failing that rental gear is nothing to complain about. If my mini went down and the site offered to lend me a 98 or similar I wouldn't worry about fixing the mini...

Finance n the same respect as car finance is not something we see in paintball at the moment but we (Just Paintball) can (within reason) cater to your needs with regards to a payment plan that fits around you. If you want to know more please call Andy on 01325 242419
