doesnt the dye tank get tested every 5 years because if it does then it wouldn't run out on 05/20
Just a Note, Most HPA Tanks get Re-Tested every 5 years, unless it's 2015 now then i would think thats the Death Date (The Date the bottle can no longer (Legally) be used as it would be unsafe to do so)

On the other side of the blue strip on the tank, There should be a load of small writing and numbers.
Throw a picture of that up and people will be able to tell the date on it ;)
