Bought an item 2 weeks ago, still unreceived.

Sorry to be a pain. I bought a Dye i4 lens from 'ooyer' approximately 2 weeks ago, paid for it promptly and have since heard absolutely nothing despite attempting to contact him.

Just wondering how best to proceed? Not in any particular rush, i'd just like to know if my item has been sent or not!

The seller has been online regularly. When have you tried contacting him ?

On the thread itself and via PM. About to drop him an e-mail, if he's been online regularly he shouldn't have missed it.

sorry for no contact, but i did not look at the post as i sent the item standard post as agreed with you, and never looked back thinking you would receive it fine .

i will contact royal mail and let you know via this post tomorrow morning

Contacting Royal Mail won't get you very far unless you sent it recorded delivery

Regular 1st and 2nd class mail isn't trackable
