Got the SP pants today, the condition of them is worse than you first mentioned. You said there was only the small tear on the logo but in fact there is a big teart on the ass also and really bad bobbling (which I can live with) but you never mentioned either!
All resolved now. Andy was very pleasant and quick in dealing with this matter and would recommend him in the future
