I'm happy to do £22 for both. Just wondering on sizes as I havent tried any of these before. Im average 5"6 build, Which size would you say for the pads. Im assuming the large ones but Im not sure?

I'm about 5'8" and 12 stone, both sets of arm pads fit me, I wore the red ones for training at the start of the year.
The knee pads fit me to, they have a velcro adjuster on the back
