Ok, next question. How would I go about getting these parts? Eclipes customer service has been pritty poor to me over this subject.

Well sadly you will have to wait for the parts you want:
- not long for the POPS as they are scheduled to be released within a matter of months
- indefinitely for the Ego11 swivel as there are no plans to release this as a separate item.
