the balls are just rowling out the barrel, the bolt moves fine.

Not overly familier with them but - have you taken the bolt out? - if so did you put it back in the right way up?

have you changed the battery for a fresh one? promasters like there batteries.

not 3 balls no but what are detents? will it cos alot?

they are the things that hold the balls in the breach.

visable from the breach, removable from the outside of the marker via the eye covers
