What's going on with S1im

I bought items of him on the 21/1/10 and i still haven't recieved them, eventhough dusty said
"Right Guys, Slim has been in touch with me via PM.

He assures me he'll be back online now to answer queries, and everyone will be sorted one way or another.

I'll let Slim make his own announcement and apology"
and shortly after i got this from S1im himself via pm saying
Hello,
I'm very sorry for all the problems I've caused you.
The Items you bought will be sent to you and I will issue a refund via paypal.
I will be back online now so any questions I will be able to answer to.

I've still recieved neither refund or the items and was wondering if dusty or any other mods had heard anything else on this issue

Hi Tom,
Have you tried a Personal Message to Slim?
Did you pay via Paypal or a credit card as you may be able to start a dispute for the amount owed.

Last I heard from S1im he was doing just what you have posted.

Asides from that, I would advise starting your paypal dispute and if that yields no joy go to your local police and report that you've been victim of an online fraud.

Slim was online a couple of days ago so it would be worth sending him a PM.

For the record, I don't believe he is trying to defraud anyone, i do believe he is massively disorganised and under some considerable pressure. S1im was never a bad guy in any dealings I had with him, just ridiculously slow. Not an excuse for him but rest assure you will get your money or your goods. Eventually.

This happens everytime S1im sells anything to anyone and it will be dealt with as I am getting sick of cleaning up after him.

so it seems it's being sorted out
