I dont understand no rip drive attached? is this electric hopper good to go?

yeah its just missing the little bit that goes underneath that you spin to wind the drive cone thats all, ive used it twice recently and it works perfectly, just needs a the disk that sits underneath the hopper to be 100%

something like this rip wheel is the addition that its missing, because the standard one is gash an snapped off,
