bolter - spring is in fine. clicks in place. the leak - as i grip the Mini without the grips, i can feel air to the bottom of my hand (little finger and along it) when firing with air and eyes off. its quite a noticeable feel.

foot - i'll change em tomorrow, however i don't have the O ring between the ASA and trigger frame :(

soul snatcher24 - i had solenoid issues some time back. replaced it with a new one and it fines (the solenoid that is). not solved this weak bolt issue yet.

think its the O ring at the ASA. air is coming through thread where tube fits to trigger frame.

is the ASA meant to sit flush with trigger frame?

I'd say strip down both minis
Look at them very carefully make sure all o-rings are there! Lube it again then switch over parts one at a time then set it back up then strip it down change something else and keep doing it till you have figured out the problem!

have you tried swapping the boards over?

see "complete disassembly". The part where you take out the air transfer tube is in there. Simon shows you where everything is, and how it comes out. Basically, you can fix this leak quite easy, just take your time, clear some space on a big table and lay out an old towel.

When you take the tube out, just check it for damage (i.e a crack) just incase. If not, im sure its just worked loose or something like that.

Reply on here if you get stuck, or arent sure. Id rather you do that than jaffer your gun! :)

i really miss the mini now :(

i've whipped the ASA and put it on bruv's mini, works fine.
Replaced with little.......tiny white washer that sits above the solenoid and it seemed to feel like it had bit more umph, it managed to push the ball out of the barrel but dropped 2 foot in front of me lol. 2 second shot pushed ball half way through barrel (i've have tried adjusting the velocity and no change).

Check list of work parts from mini on my bruv's mini:
top half of mini
foregrip
bottom half.............................infact i've taken evenrything off my mini (right down to the bolt, spring, bolt carrier etc) and tested it on my bruv's mini, and it works fine.

i'm at the point where i want to send it away and have someone else check over it, simply coz i've tried all sorts and reckon ideas are running low when people can't physically poke at it.

any ideas who, when and the rates ££££££ i would be expected to pay? reckon it may be a lengthy headache unless you can rebuild a mini with your eyes closed lol
