Tadeo musashi board

Here i have got a tadeo musashi board that will fit a DM/6/7/8/9/10 and PMR's

I am pretty sure this needs flashing to comply with the 10.5 balls per second but i am honestly not sure and dont have a DM to try this out ?

I am asking £35.00 delivered and will be at the NSPL this weekend if you would prefer to pick up
