2 Piece Barrel Stuck :/

I've some how managed to get my 2 piece barrel for my etek 2 stuck lol
Does any one know any good ways of getting them apart, i've tryed with two people and it just dosnt work... another thing is i haven't used it in a few months and was wondering what way to turn it to loosen?

its reverse thread, try holding it and doing it up tighter

turn right to loosen...

you can do multiple things

1) get some clamps/plyers something with cloth on to protect barrel, this gives more levirage.
2) put the barrel in warm water for a bit then try
3) put in the freezer overnight then try in the morning
4) if still not work find some big guy to try

So if i where to be looking down the barrel i'd be turning it clockwise?

Yeah thats what i mean so the end section turned right?
Also i'll try what you said, i've already done the hot water one and hasn't worked so will try the freezer one tonight, it wont damage the paint will it? Another thing is i think it got tightened too much a while ago and may have damaged the thread :/

hold the back in your left and front in your right, turn your right hand up and left down. and it will be fine

i did the freezer one left it for a week and it came apart, still took 2 of us to do it tho.
