Those burgers are pretty cheap to produce, cant bring myself to eat them often. The only meat that is either grey or beige when frozen

Get some mince, freeze it, its not grey. How weird is that!?

why does it have to be burgers ? hot dogs ?

there are plenty of companys out there that have other services availible such as pasta vans, or even chow mein vans. the little mini chinese's are great. Noodles= Carbs-=great :) :)
I reckon they also would be populer because its something different. I have worked at a few music venues before and there is such a massive selection of catering vans to choose from.

Drop the skanky cafe , get something else in...

I am surprised no-one has mentioned the one thing that is a must at all events - spectator facilities! Somewhere for them to sit and watch what's going on would be a start. Then, maybe, some commentary that explains to them what exactly is going on.

Remember - if you build it (a paintball field) they will come (paintballers). Shame more isn't done to get non-players there and make them want to stay there once they do turn up (and maybe help turn them in to players in the process!).

Paintball for spectators - it's the future ;)

not necessarily, many fields have been built over the years that no longer exist because teams/players didnt go.

But these sites should spend money on commentators and bleachers, and that will be cost effective?

you dont get paid for doing hospital radio :) ,

plenty off opportunities to make tournement paintball user friendly for little or no money, just have to be resourceful and have an imagination :) its just about putting pencil to paper and come up with cost effective ways of putting the word out.

Yes it would have been. Drop-off at one end would/should be replaced at the other. In other words, if these 'sites' had spectators facilities in the first place - then those spectators would probably be players now - and at those 'sites'. And so the cycle continues...

BTW - I am not talking about 'sites' as such - but more about tournaments.

Anyway, speculate to accumulate...

I think fills to 4500psi are essential these days. And I would also add that multiple air stations are a must, not just two or three. I would also say the location of the air filling stations are also essential.

Location.... location.... location

I would also say that a frequent barrier for many paintball players is location, especially the younger generation. You know the cash rich kind with parents who love to please their children. If you can get a site with similar geographical location to a train station. I reckon you will get many more paintball players coming more often. Perhaps even during the week for some training. Something like the Esher Rugby event a few years back.
