Where/ How To Get Bottles Tested

I have a PE Fiber Wrapped tank not been used for over a year and was wanting to get it tested and was wondering how.

I have looked at recent posts telling others to go to HPAC services but I could never find in that thread how to do so.

would I have to contact them telling them my air tank has been sent
Would I have to take the Reg apart before posting
how long would it usually take to send and return
How much
Where to

I cant find any of these answers on the Forum or on the Website so could some one please help

azzer ive got a bottle needs testing maybe we could double up and save on postage?

I just take mine down the local dive shop. They do it for 20 quid with a 3 day turn around.

Plymouth in Devon mate. Maritime and water sporty sorta town so thats probably why I have a local diving shop
