Large amounts of blowback.

Large leak from barrel and regulator bleed.

Regulator needle has gone past 300 and for want of a better word 'snapped'

I'm firstly trying to stop the leaking, Ive tried changing o-rings, resetting poppit, relubing, service solenoid, fully tighted velocity screw, there is no damage on the poppit that it can see, could it be because of a faulty reg?

Where can i buy a new reg?

thanks

What else do i need to buy?

First port of call should be to replace the gauge, you have no way of knowing what input pressure your mini is getting, anything over 200psi will cause your mini to dump the air and it will leak through the bottom of the asa through the safety vent.

Theres not much to go wrong with the reg that cant be fixed.

I assure you the reg is not dead, it will just need to be set then not touched again.

try lps tio get the gauge, your after a 0- 300psi unit.

Just to give some extra detail this leak isnt just some flowing air, its a really loud sort of like a balloon emptying itself like that flatulence type noise.

dont i just turn it until its loose.
Dont touch anything if the gauge doesnt work. You cant be sure what its set to, so turning it will screw everything up. Mini gauge should be set to just a tick under 200psi.

I would not however recommend taking the reg apart. Send it to someone who knows exactly what they are doing.
